Why join
A fair programme with clear rules
Fixed commission per new customer
You receive commission on the first paid order of a new customer. If they order several products, the product with the highest commission counts. You earn commission on:
Last click counts, for 60 days
Your referral stays valid for 60 days after the click. If the visitor then clicks the link of another affiliate, that last click counts.
Everything live in your dashboard
You see your clicks per day, customers referred, commissions and balance. With the deeplink generator you create a link to any page of our site.
Payout by bank
After 45 days a commission is final, because of the cooling-off period our customers have. From a minimum balance you request a payout with one click, with a credit note included.
In 23 languages, across Europe
Your link works on all our country sites, from weboke.nl to weboke.de and weboke.fr. Banners, texts and the domain search are available in 23 languages.
Comparison site or large reach?
Then apply for the professional level. We review your application personally and agree higher commissions with you.
Rules
The key agreements
A short summary. In case of doubt, the full affiliate terms apply.
- 1
Participation
Every WebOké customer can take part. Professional participants (such as comparison sites) sign up with their platform; we review these applications manually. WebOké may refuse or end participation without giving reasons.
- 2
Commission
You receive at most one commission per new customer you refer, on that customer's first paid order (last click, valid during the attribution window). The commission amount is the rate for the most expensive product in that order. The current amounts and periods are shown on your affiliate page and may be changed for future referrals.
- 3
No own use
Commission on orders placed by yourself, your household, your business(es) or accounts you manage yourself is not permitted. Discount schemes using second accounts count as misuse.
- 4
Waiting period and cancellation
Commission becomes final after the waiting period and lapses if the underlying order is refunded, credited or cancelled, or if misuse is established.
- 5
Payout
Payout is made by bank transfer once the threshold is reached, at your request. WebOké issues a credit note on your behalf (self-billing); you are responsible for any tax due on commissions received.
- 6
Promotion
You promote WebOké honestly and recognisably: no spam, no misleading claims, no trademark infringement (including advertising on the brand name "WebOké" or using confusingly similar domain names), and you disclose your affiliate relationship where the law requires it.
- 7
Fraud prevention and privacy
To prevent misuse, we process data for referrals and orders, including IP addresses and device characteristics (legitimate interest). See also our privacy statement.
- 8
Liability
Participation gives no right to the continuation of the programme; if it ends, final commissions above the threshold will still be paid out.
Frequently asked questions
Who can take part?
Anyone with a WebOké account. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one for free. The account owner signs up, not an additional user.
How and when do I get paid?
A commission is final 45 days after the customer's payment. From a minimum balance you request a payout in your dashboard. We transfer the amount to your bank account within a few working days and you receive a credit note.
What if someone orders later?
Your referral stays valid for 60 days after the click. If the visitor places their first order within that period, they count for you (last click wins).
Does an order count if the visitor declines cookies?
Yes, if the visitor orders during the same visit. For an order at a later time, consent for marketing cookies is needed.
What happens with a refund?
If the order is refunded, credited or cancelled, the related commission lapses.
I referred a customer, but they did not use my link
No problem! Send us the referred customer's email address via a support ticket, along with as much information as possible. We will then check whether the order still qualifies for commission.
What does my visitor see with the white label version?
A search box in your colours, without our logo or name. With "White label", your visitor arrives at WebOké to order after clicking Register. With "White label with your own link", the click goes to your own page and you handle the order.
Does the widget collect data about my visitors?
No. The search box uses no tracking or advertising cookies and does not follow your visitors. Only those who click Register come to our site and see our cookie choice there.
