Affiliate program: terms, commission, and payout

With WebOké's affiliate program, you earn a commission when someone becomes a new customer through your link. Here you'll find the most important rules and how to have your commission paid out. The full text is in the affiliate terms and conditions.

The most important conditions

• Only new customers count. You get a maximum of one commission per referred customer, on their first paid order.
• The most expensive product counts. The commission is the fixed amount for the most expensive product in that order. You can see the current amounts in your affiliate dashboard under Commission per product.
• The last click counts. If someone first clicks on your link and later on that of another affiliate, the commission goes to the last one. Your referral remains valid for a number of days after the click; this is stated on the affiliate program page.
• No self-use. Orders from yourself, your household, your own company, or accounts you manage yourself don't count.
• Promote honestly. No spam, no misleading, and don't pretend to be part of WebOké. Advertising on the WebOké brand name or with domain names that resemble it is not allowed. State that you're an affiliate if the law requires it.

From click to balance

1. Once your new customer's first order has been paid, the commission appears in your dashboard with the status In waiting period. This waiting period exists because of the cooling off period customers have. You can see how many days it takes in your dashboard.
2. After the waiting period, the commission becomes Final and counts toward your Available balance.
3. If the order is refunded, credited, or cancelled, the commission gets the status Expired.

Having your commission paid out

You can request a payout once your available balance is at least €50.

1. In My WebOké, click on Affiliate program on the left under the menu.
2. In the Payout block, enter your IBAN and under In the name of, the name of the account holder.
3. Click on Request payout. The button shows the amount we'll transfer.

We'll transfer the amount within a few business days by bank transfer. In the list below the form, you can see the status: Requested, Paid, or Rejected. For the payout, we create a credit note on your behalf (self-billing). Any tax on your commissions is your own responsibility.
